Introduction

When registering your account, you agree to our terms of service and privacy policy.
The reppio website www.reppio.co (“the service”) is fully operated by Reppio IVS. (“reppio”). reppio operates out of Copenhagen, Denmark.
Reppio allows you to schedule, communicate and time track your own event staff.
Our Service
By agreeing to our Terms of Service you can use our service at your own risk.
Reppio may be changed, updated, interrupted or discontinued at any time without notice or liability (though we hope it won’t happen).
Creating a User Account
It is required to create a user account to operate reppio.
Content is defined as the user profiles that are created within your closed company profile, campaigns, tasks and time reports as well as chat messages between you and your staff,
When you are creating a user account, all information should be be precise and correct. Random aliases etc. are not allowed.
User Generated Content
Reppio allows you to post content to the platform.
Content means all information, data, images, graphics, links etc. related to public events and private invitations.
Content is also defined as personal comments in campaigns and chat messages between your staff and you.
All content posted by the user - privately or publicly is the responsibility of the user.
You acknowledge that you will post content at your own risk.
You confirm that you will not infringe or violate any 3rd parties and their copyright when you post to the reppio platform. This includes any trademark, patents, privacy rights and rights of publicity.
When posting content to reppio - whether privately or publicly - you grant reppio the right to distribute the content on the platform. You also grant reppio the right to display, modify, reproduce and adapt the submission in order to fit the content to the service in the absolute best manner.
You are not allowed to post any nudity, unlawful, hateful and offensive material, spam or irrelevant information.
Liability
Reppio cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, reliance, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, business interruption, reputational harm, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Termination
You can terminate the terms of service by deleting your account on the website, or by writing customer support directly here. Termination of contract should be done 10 days prior to end of your period.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”.
You will be using reppio at your own discretion and sole risk.
Changes to Terms of Service
Reppio reserves the right to modify or change these Terms of Service at any given time.
Any changes will be communicated on the website and by email to all registered users.
Governing law
Our Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
